Follow the steps below to listen to text or files using the Speechify Mac app:
Step 1: Open the Speechify App
Open the Speechify Mac app from your Launchpad.
Step 2: Play or Pause Selected Text
Select any text you want to listen to.
Press ⌥ (Option) + Q to play or pause the audio.
Step 3: Play or Stop a File
Select any file you want Speechify to read.
Press ⌥ (Option) + A to start or stop the reading.
Step 4: Use the Menu Bar (Alternative Method)
Locate the Speechify icon in the Mac Menu Bar. Click the Play button to start reading the selected text or file.
