You can easily organise your highlights in the Speechify Web App to keep your notes structured and easy to review. The Web App allows you to categorise highlights by colour, helping you separate key ideas, important quotes, or action points for better productivity.
💻 Steps to Organise Highlights
Log in to your Speechify account on the Web App.
Open your document or article that contains the highlights you want to organise.
Click on any highlighted text to open the highlight options menu.
You’ll see several colour options appear, as shown below:
🟡 Yellow – for key ideas or main concepts
🟢 Green – for examples or supporting details
🩷 Pink – for definitions or terminology
💜 Purple – for quotes or references
🔵 Blue – for action items or follow-up pointsClick on the colour you’d like to assign to that highlight.
(Optional) You can also add a note to your highlight to tag it with context or type.
