Pinning Speechify to the system tray lets you quickly access the app and its controls any time — even when the main window is closed.
Pin Speechify icon to the system tray
Click the up arrow (^) in the taskbar to open the system tray.
Find the Speechify icon.
Drag the icon into the visible tray area.
Speechify will now appear as an icon in the bottom-right corner of your taskbar.
Using the system tray icon
Left-click the icon to open the Speechify system tray menu with quick actions.
Right-click the icon for open the Speechify app window.
If you do not see the Speechify icon in the system tray, please do the following:
Enable the system tray icon
Open the Speechify app.
Click your name or avatar in the bottom-left corner.
Click Settings.
Under General, toggle on System tray.
Speechify will now appear as an icon in the bottom-right corner of your taskbar.
