Change your voice
You can change your voice from the app window or from the Miniplayer while audio is playing.
From the app window:
Open the Speechify app.
Click Text to Speech in the left sidebar.
Click the Voice dropdown and select your preferred voice.
From the Miniplayer (while listening):
Click the three-dot icon on the Miniplayer.
Select Voice in the miniplayer menu to open voice list
Select your preferred voice from the list.
Change your speed
You can change your speed from the app window, from the miniplayer, or by using shortcuts.
From the app window:
Open the Speechify app.
Click Text to Speech in the left sidebar.
Click the Speed dropdown and select your preferred speed.
From the Miniplayer (while listening):
Click the three-dot icon on the Miniplayer.
Select Speed in the miniplayer menu to open speed list
Select your preferred speed from the list.
Using shortcuts:
Click Left Alt + D to listen faster by 0.25x
Click Left Alt + S to listen slower by 0.25x
