Speechify supports fully offline text-to-speech using on-device voices. You can switch to on-device engine by following the steps below.
Open the Speechify app.
Click Text to Speech in the left sidebar.
Click on the Text to Speech Engine dropdown and select On-Device.
That's it — Speechify will now use a local voice model and work completely offline.
