On Android, Speechify’s AI Chat / Voice AI Assistant lets you interact with your documents and content conversationally — kind of like having an AI study partner or reading assistant built into the app. You can ask questions about what you’re reading, get summaries, or have our AI explain sections of text.
To use it on Android:
Open the Speechify app on your Android device
Open or upload the content you want to read (PDF, article, document, webpage, etc.)
Start playback or open the document
Look for the AI Chat, Ask AI, or Voice Assistant option (the name can vary by app version)
Tap it and ask questions like:
“Summarize this chapter”
“What are the key points?”
“Explain this in simpler terms”
“Quiz me on this”
You can also type your question.
The AI assistant is designed to understand the content you uploaded and help with studying, analysis, summaries, and productivity tasks.
