Here are the steps to scan a book cover and find it on Speechify — just a heads-up that this feature is currently only available on the iOS app. If you're on Android, you'd need to either scan all the pages of the book individually or upload a soft copy such as a PDF, Word document, or EPUB file.
📖 Scan Book Cover (iOS)
To scan a book cover in the iOS app:
Open the Speechify app.
Go to "+" option.
Use the Camera/scan option to scan the book cover.
As shown in the attached video, once scanned:
If the book is available, you will see the book overview along with a “Read” button.
If the book is not available, you will see the message:
“This book isn't available in our store yet. Continue scanning pages to listen to them.”
