Please follow the steps below to Dictate while offline.
Open the Speechify app
Click Dictation in the left sidebar
Under Available Models, download the Speechify On Device model
Once the download is complete, open the Dictation Engine dropdown and select Speechify On Device
Once the on-device model is downloaded, dictation will work fully offline. If you do not have the Speechify on-device model downloaded, Speechify may temporarily use Apple Dictation while offline.
