To keep personal details secure for our users, we can’t change an email address associated with an account. To use a new email address, you must register a new account with the new email address you’d like to use.
Premium users can transfer their subscription to a new account
Create a new account [link] with your preferred email address (if you're a Premium User, please do not go through any payment method, just create an account).
Sign in with your new account details and tap 'For you',
Tap Manage Subscription under your name/email.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Restore Subscription
Tap your subscription to transfer it to your new account
Important note: Items in your existing library will not transfer to your new account. Your library is linked to the account it was set up with.
The easiest way to transfer your files to your new account:
Back up any items you want to move to your new account into a folder on one of our supported cloud applications. You won’t be able to back up your scans, but you can re-upload any PDFs or images you uploaded.
