What should I do if the app keeps failing to import my documents?

Speechify offers several options to import your document: Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive, and iCloud. Please check this article for more details.

Please ensure to maintain a strong and stable internet connection and that you are in the active foreground. Please wait until the import process is fully completed, do not close the app or run it in the background, and do not lock or turn off your phone.

If the problem persists, please try to uninstall your current app version, restart the device, reinstall the newest version available on the App Store, restart the app twice, and reimport the document file.
