You may follow the steps below to change the Voice option.
You can select individual text boxes to change the voice for some or click on 'Select All' at the top left to select all text boxes and change the voice for all.
To change the voice for an individual text box, simply click on the voice name in the text box and change it on the right toolbar.
A blue outline on the box helps you identify the selected text box while making changes in the right toolbar.
