How to Install
Two ways to install the Speechify Mac app: through the App Store and the web.
Install from the App Store
Open the App Store
Search Speechify
Choose Speechify for Mac app
Click the Download button
Click Open
Install from the Web
Click this link to download the Mac app.
Scroll down and click the blue button Download for free.
Click the downloaded file and drag it to Applications
How to Uninstall
Two ways to uninstall the Speechify Mac app: through the Launchpad and Finder
Use the Launchpad to delete the app
To open Launchpad, click it in the Dock or open it from your Applications folder.
If you don't see the app in Launchpad, type its name in the search field at the top of Launchpad. ...
Press and hold the Option key, or click and hold any app until the apps jiggle.
Click the Delete button.
Use the Finder to delete the app
Switch to Finder, such as by clicking your desktop or the Finder icon in the Dock.
Select Speechify.
Use any of these ways to move the app to the Trash:
Drag the app to the Trash.
Select the app and choose File > Move to Trash from the menu bar.
Select the app and press Command-Delete on your keyboard.
If you're asked for a username and password, enter the name and password of an administrator account on your Mac. This is usually the name and password you use to log in to your Mac.
To delete the app after moving it to the Trash, choose Finder > Empty Trash.
