General Troubleshooting
Uninstall the Speechify Mac App by following the steps below:
Make sure Speechify is closed. If it's open, right-click the Speechify icon in your Dock and select Quit.
Open your Applications folder. You can do this by clicking the Finder icon in your Dock, then selecting Applications from the left sidebar.
Find Speechify AI Assistant in the list.
Right-click on it and select Move to Trash.
Right-click the Trash icon in your Dock and select Empty Trash.
Restart your Mac
1. Reinstall or add the Speechify Mac App by using this link - https://speechify.com/text-to-speech-mac/
2. Give it another try!
Disable VPN
If you're unable to access your premium subscription and you have a VPN enabled, it's likely due to a VPN. Please disable your VPN.
Open your VPN app
Find the option to disable it. Note that it varies depending on the VPN app. Once it is disabled, it will show Not Connected and you can try again and see if it works.
